Anthony Jerome Pugh (Tony) of Hampton, Va. was called to his Heavenly home on January 3, 2025 at the age of 79. Tony was born May 28,1945 to the late Zephaniah Pugh Sr. and Norma A. Anthony Pugh. He was the first of three children. Tony grew up in Hampton and graduated from Phenix High School in 1963.He then joined the United States Air Force where he served as a medic. After leaving the military, Tony worked for the United States Postal Service as a letter Carrier until retirement.
Tony was passionate about having a close relationship with the Lord and made learning and understanding His Word a top priority. Every person he encountered was greeted with “God bless you “because he wants everyone to know the blessings of the Lord.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents Mr.&Mrs Zephaniah Pugh Sr. And his God Parents Mr.& Mrs. Joseph Taylor Sr. And brother in-law Kenneth
