In Loving Memory Of Carol Sue Snodgrass (June 26, 1939- July 27, 2025) Carol Sue Snodgrass, 86 years old, was born in Pikeville, Kentucky to Fred and Vivian Spriggs. Carol was called home to her lord and savior on July 27th, 2025 in Hampton, VA. Carol loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her great great grandson, Nicholas Jr., who always kept a smile on her face. She loved sharing her birthday parties with Harlei and looked forward to it every year. Carol loved shopping and attending church and loved anything that had to do with the Lord, including attending Bluegrass concerts at church. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Vivian Spriggs; her husband, Carl Snodgrass Sr.; her son, Bobby Lee Snodgrass; her granddaughter, Ashleigh Dobbins; and her great grandson, little Christopher. Carol will continue to be loved and remembered by her son, Carl Snodgrass/Rene; her sisters, Shirley Fulton/Jim and Janet Canterbury/Earl; her grandchildren, Christopher Galloway Sr./Christina, Jon Snodgrass, and Ashley Donnell/Jimmy; her great grandchildren, Merissa, Naveah, Haley, Jeremy/Paxton, Harlei/Hector, Marnie/Nick, Elizabeth, Julian, Mckyrah, Tatianna, Christyana, and Brinlee; one great great grandson, Nicholas Jr.; many nieces and nephews, and one very special friend and ex daughter-in-law, Edie Sue Keller. A family viewing will be held at Smith Brothers funeral home at 10 am on Monday August 4, 2025, a public viewing will follow directly after at 11 am, with the service taking place at 12 pm.
