Clifton Lee Holden Jr.

In loving memory of our beloved Clifton Lee Holden Jr. Clifton was born to Ramona Mae Holden and Clifton Lee Holdine Sr. in Long Branch New Jersey on April 5, 1985. He moved to Newport News Virginia with his mother in August 1998. Where he graduated from Menchville High School. Clifton worked in maintenance for many years. He had a good sense of humor and loved his family and friends. Clifton leaves behind to cherish his memory his son Emmanuel Holden and Emmanuel's mother Ebony Cruz, his mother Ramona Ivory, his father Clifton Lee Holden Sr, his stepmother Tracey Holden, his sister Elizabeth Freeman, his brother David Lee Johnson, his sister Tamaya Johnson, his sister Tameka Johnson, his sister Belinda Kyles and his brother Michael Olsen. Clifton also has in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom all have fond memories of him.

We had forty years to love

Forty years that we all shared

Now we have to go through life without you

And we were not prepared

Although it seems you left before your time

The call to come home is Divine

So, despite the grief and despite the tears

We would like to thank you for the forty years

And even though your body could not be saved

We have loved you before the cradle
