Donald "Duck" Holloway

Duck Holloway was born to the late, William Holloway and Mary Ella Holloway On August 2, 1953. He was the third son out of four.

He departed this earthly life on July 23, 2024, leaving a lifetime of memories to all who loved and knew him.

Being a Buckroe resident throughout his life, he was someone who left a lasting impression that was unforgettable.

In his heyday he was a sharp dresser, great dancer, and vocalist who sang bass. But his greatest Accomplishment was being mentored by his father, to be an outstanding carpenter, who had top-notch skills. Which included reading of blueprints.

Duck was very gifted in his field, he definitely knew his stuff. Even after his leg amputation he kept the faith and remained independent. He loved watching movies and just enjoying the simple things in life.

He was proceeded in death by his wife Joyce, Parents and nephew Billy.

To honor his memory is his son; Kevin Rogers, Daughter; Katrina Holloway, Grandsons; Kevin Jr. and Rareem Rogers, Dedicated Brothers; William, Milton, and Michael Holloway. Stepmother; Martha Holloway, Aunt; Emma Curl, Nieces; Serena, Tara, Tasha, April, Nephew; Antoine. And a host of cousins and friends.
