Edna Mae Bandy (Rabbit), 79, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Sentara Careplex in Hampton, VA, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born on October 18, 1944, in Hampton, VA, and was a graduate of George P. Phenix High School, receiving her diploma in 1964. Edna dedicated her professional years to service at the Hampton VA Medical Center until her retirement.
