Edward Randolph Cardell

Edward Randolph Cardell departed this life on February 13, 2025, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, Virginia. He was born on April 3, 1949.

He served in the US Army for 4 years; He was a shipyard painter for Newport News shipbuilding for many years. He loved and enjoyed his work. He enjoyed listening to music, playing the Keyboard, watching basketball and football, reading the daily newspaper, and watching CNN.

Edward Randolph Cardell is preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Jean Cardell, who loved and cared for him.

He is survived by his son: Rodney Draugh; Four stepchildren: Allen Williams, Wanda Buckingham, Vera Perry and Zachary Willians. Nine grandchildren;

Rodrigues, Tinikqua,  Lawanda (Derrick), Antonio, Quinda, Brittany, ZaQuan, and Zayanna, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
