Freddie Eugene Talley Jr. was gifted on June 2nd, 1954 to the late Mamie & Freddie Talley Sr. of Halifax County, Virginia on June 2nd, 1954. He was next to the oldest child of 10 silblings.
He attended Pembroke High School in Newport News, Virginia. He loved the lord with all of his heart, nobody had a passion for the guitar like he had for his leading lady. Freddie was a very quite and observant man that expressed himself through his wardrobe. He loved his suits, his hats and made sure he had every accessory to include his sunglasses & shoes to match every outfit. Freddie was a man a few words but absolutely expressed himself through his clothing, he was extremely colorful and did not shy away from any colors whatsoever. He had a special gift and just knew ahead of time when someone was pregnant. Freddie was a die hard Redskins fan.
Freddie was married to Oral Virginia Gaskins Talley and was blessed with 2 children Pamela & Freddie Talley III and later blessed with Ebony Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents & siblings Freda Talley, Roseleita Talley, Connie Talley, Starling Pellum, Cecilia Davis, Eric Talley, Suzzette Talley. Nephew and neices Dontavius Talley, Constance Pellum & Aisha Eddy. He will be greatly missed by his siblings Patricia Whitaker & Lawrence Talley and a host of family and friends.
