James Edward Lattimore

James Edward Lattimore Known as “Latt” went home to be with the lord on August 29,2023. He was born to the late Vernon and Hattie Lattimore on June 4, 1950 in Newport News, Virginia. James attended Phoenix high school where he was a star football player, but eventually getting hurt lead up to him not playing football anymore. James enjoyed life and did things on his terms know matter what other people thought. James Lattimore may not have made all the right choices in his younger days, but eventually accepted the lord as his savior. James was such a caring person who never gave a second thought about helping others. James worked for many moving companies and also did construction work the most of his life. James is preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Hattie Lattimore, his brothers Conrad and Phillip along with his sister Marie. James Lattimore is survived by his wife Elva Lattimore, his daughter Latonya Lattimore, and his three grandchildren Marcus jr, Taylor, Morgan , his brother Vernon Lattimore along with stepdaughters, stepsons, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren, nieces nephews and many cou. James will be missed and finally can rest in the arms of the lord.
