Kelton L. Booth was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on March 1. 1954. He was the second of 3 childred. He entered into sweet eternal rest on January 13, 2023.

Kelton was educated in Portsmouth Public School System. He was married to Barbara A. Booth for 30 years. He had one (1) son To A. Booth. Kelton Loved his family and spent every opportunity he could with them.

He and Barbara loved to cruise together which they did often..

He was retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He Loved to work in his yard, work his flower beds. He also enjoyed his fish tank and loved to grill for family and friends.

Kelton was predeceased by his father, William C. Booth, Sr. and His mother Eula P. Booth.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son Tio A. Bishop, his wife, Barbara A. Booth, his sister Sharon A Holland (Daniel, Sr) of Portsmouth Va. His brother: William C. Booth, Jr. (Aurelia) of Hampton, V, A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. who he loved dearly.
