Lilli' Ann Rose Chandler

Lilli’Ann Rose Chandler was born into the arms of angels on November 18th 2023 at Mary Immaculate Hospital, in Newport News, Virginia. Lilli’Ann was born at 5:10pm on November 18th 2023, weighing 5lbs 10ozs and 20.5 inches long.  

Lilli’Ann is the precious daughter of Elijah Chandler and Courtney Moyer. Baby Lilli’Ann is the beloved sister of Camyia and Josiah Chandler. 

 She was greeted in heaven by her Great-grandfather’s(maternal): Micheal Moyer Sr. And Donald Weiskerger Sr. , her great- grandmother (paternal): Odell Vann and Great Grandfather (paternal): Sandy Michael Chandler

 In addition to Lilli’Ann’s parents and siblings, she is survived by her maternal grandparents Jason and Stacey Moyer; Paternal grandparents Jonhson and Ja’Donna Tirado. great grandmothers and grandfathers, many aunts and uncles, and 6 big cousins. Along with many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins of Elijah Chandler and Courtney Moyer.
