Olethia Corbin

On June 11, 2026, God called Olethia Corbin into eternal rest. Olethia was affectionately known as "Poopie." Olethia was born to Charlotte and Cleveland Corbin in Hampton, VA on May 15, 1958. She was educated in the Hampton School System.

Olethia accepted Christ at an early age and attended Lincoln Park Baptist Church (now Canaan Baptist Church), Hampton, VA. She ventured out further and became a member of Empowered Believers Christian Center in Hampton, Virginia until her health failed her. Though she faced many challenges in her life, she is finally at peace.

Olethia was preceded in death by her father, Cleveland Corbin, mother, Charlotte L. Corbin, and her son Marquis Corbin.

Olethia leaves to cherish: son, Marqus Corbin, daughter, Marquitta Corbin; sisters Diane Boone (Kevin), Teressa Gore, Melessa Corbin Perry (Paul); and a host of grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
