September Bustamante Obituary

September K. Bustamante, born on January 31, 1978, in Spokane WA, passed away on September 21, 2024, in Yorktown, VA.  She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished friend to many.  September leaves behind a loving family, including her husband of nearly 27 years, Samuel (Sam) Bustamante, her daughters Destanie Bustamante and Alyssa Bustamante, her son Sammy Bustamante, her mother Kellie Jackson, sister Crystal Valle along with her daughter Jaiden Drummer and her brother Striker Jackson along with his wife Alysia Jackson and their son Braeden Jackson. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Jackson.

 

September married Sam on October 18, 1997. Throughout her life September was a dedicated military spouse, a role that she embraced with immense pride and commitment. Her supportive presence was a cornerstone in her family, particularly during times of deployment. 

 

September was known for her kind, loyal, giving, and gracious nature which showed in everyone she would meet.

 

Her hobbies included ghost hunting, quoting Harry Potter, and traveling with her family. Her adventurous spirit and kind nature was contagious to all. 

 

Her deep love and dedication to her three children was her greatest accomplishment. Prioritizing their well-being and happiness and supporting them in every way possible.

 

A viewing will be held on October 5, 2024, from 12-5 pm at Smith Brothers Funeral Home. Those who knew her will remember her as a dedicated wife, a wonderful mother, and a true friend whose generosity knew no bounds.
