Stuart Maurice Vinston

Stuart Maurice Vinston was born in Hampton, VA on June 13, 1962 to the late Gloria and Clinton Vinston.  He departed this life and transitioned to live with our Lord and Savior on September 4, 2024.

Skeezie, as he was lovingly called, was a Lincoln Park native.  He attended Pembroke High School where he was a member of the ROTC.  After high school he was employed at the Newport News Shipyard and Norfolk Naval Ship Yard where he was an exemplary employee.  

Stuart was a man of many passions; he enjoyed music, being with family and lots of laughter with all of his friends.  He was very quiet, helpful and a very happy person.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Vinston.

Skeezie leaves to cherish his most precious memories, Daughters, Latasha Pankey, April Evans; Son, Tony Patterson; Eight grandchildren; Siblings, Jennifer Perrin (Gerald), Clinton Vinston, Jr., Donald Vinston, Nina Esquilin (Jose), Terry Vinston, David Vinston and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.

He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
